John grew up in Albuquerque’s North Valley and graduated high school from Sandia Prep. After finishing high school, he attended The George Washington University in Washington, DC, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Summa Cum Laude. After finishing undergrad, John moved back to Albuquerque where he worked at New Day Youth and Family Services’ juvenile shelter for a year. Working at New Day inspired John to apply to law school. He applied and was admitted to the University of California, at Davis, King Hall School of Law.
After graduating with his law degree in 2017, he moved back to Albuquerque and worked at a prominent local civil litigation firm for several years. During his time as a practicing litigator, he obtained a defense verdict at jury trial in Second Judicial District Court, several favorable decisions at bench trial, prevailed on multiple dispositive motions, and has negotiated millions of dollars worth of settlements on behalf of his clients.
John understands how to negotiate a deal, no matter how complex, and get it done. He is excited to continue advocating for his clients, now as an investment property broker.
