Michael Kolbusz

Michael Kolbusz brings over two decades of leadership and management experience in client service related organizations, and has acquired the knowledge and skill set necessary to transform vision into reality.  He is an effective communicator with excellent implementation strategies, and embodies the foresight to identify risks and to mitigate them quickly.  He works ardently to connect owners, investors and buyers with their needs in the industrial, land and investment sectors of the market.

Michael has served his country as a US Army veteran, and continues to serve his community as a Paramedic with Albuquerque Fire Rescue.  He has been recognized by the Mayor and Fire Chief, and is the recipient of several public safety awards.  His co-workers describe Michael as being a man of outstanding moral character who conducts himself with integrity, loyalty and dedication. These principles combined with his tenacity as well as his commitment to exceptional service and a strong work ethic will continue in his role at NAI SunVista.

Outside of the office, you will find Michael enjoying time with his family, outdoors in the Bosque with his two Doberman’s, traveling and staying fit.
