2019 Las Estancias Update

  Excitement Grows as Las Estancias Continues to Bring a Variety of Retail to the South Valley The only constant in retail (and life!) is change. NAI Maestas & Ward has been helping our retail partners make sense of this change-driven economy for several decades. The Las Estancias Shopping Center our Southwest Mesa flagship and emerging retail projects offer opportunities for development and occupancy with enviable demographics and strong anchors. Recently, we have added major tenants such as Ross Dress for Less, Hobby Lobby, ULTA Beauty and Encore Shoes. Smaller, but just as mighty, shop space has seen a rise in recent tenants such as the US Army Recruiting Center, which will be the first of its kind to integrate the recruiting center into the tapestry of the South Valley. Local snack giant, The Paleta Bar announced earlier this month that they would be opening summer 2020 in Las Estancias with incredible response on our Social Media sites (over 18k post reaches, over 100 shares in the first 18 hours alone!) New to the county comes a homegrown barbershop who has risen in popularity in Valencia County, Kingdom Barbershop. Their excitement to grow in our area has us ready to be next in owner’s Christian Rojas’ chair! If you look at the newly completed Presbyterian, you can see we are all about style and substance in Las Estancias. With every building that goes up, we are creating a place for SV residents to shop, dine and obtain medical care without having to face long travel times to and from. Another exciting sight is the dirt work happening along Coors Blvd.! In just a few short months, area residents and visitors can take advantage of a full-service tire shop with the completion of Discount Tire! With space filling up fast, we have only a few spaces available and area residents have spoken! They want restaurants! They want a sit-down place they can go with their families, friends, and co-workers, the same as every other major trade area in the city, and it seems they want it now! We gladly accept a restaurant with arms wide open! Help us finalize this project with any local or national restaurant concept that would want to be a part of this booming center, while you can!
