Cheryl Bonner joined the Office Team Brokerage of NAI SunVista in 2013.  Bonner was quickly was promoted to Senior Advisor in 2016.  In 2017, she closed 62 transactions and has been recognized as the Company’s Top Deal Maker for three years in a row.

Cheryl is known throughout the state of New Mexico for her hard work and passion. Born & raised in Corrales, New Mexico, Cheryl has lived throughout New Mexico.  As an entrepreneur and business owner, she understands her clientele.  She owned and operated a successful agriculture business, customized farm business, and a fully-equipped day spa in Clovis, New Mexico.

Cheryl attended Eastern New Mexico University, and graduated Phi Theta Kappa with a degree in Accounting.  As an accountant, she handled financial matters for Mountain Shadows Construction.  While working as an accountant, Cheryl became licensed in real estate and then started yet another successful career as a residential broker for Keller Williams.

The transition from residential to commercial real estate just made sense for Bonner, it’s an industry where her business experience and passion for New Mexico thrive.  Cheryl’s detailed knowledge of business ownership provides her with in-depth knowledge of the needs and requirements necessary to operate a successful company.
