Lisa Mercer brings 20 years of experience in the medical/dental field as a Human Resource Manager and Dental Hygiene Clinical Instructor where she addressed the needs of both patients and business owners. Moving into commercial real estate from the medical/dental field was a natural transition for Lisa, as she has a strong family history of commercial real estate, construction/contractors and mortgage and financing leaders. Lisa’s experience in the medical/dental field has allowed her to specialize in the leasing and sale of medical/dental properties. However, as she continues to build relationships with clients this has lead her to also specialize in office, retail, land and investment opportunities.
Lisa strongly believes that true career success comes when you can find a mentor that will guide, encourage and develop you along the way. Lisa has partnered with a Director at NAI SunVista Commercial Real Estate with over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate field. This partnership continues to allow Lisa to sharpen her customer service skills, increase her existing knowledge of commercial real estate and hold her accountable to her professional and personal development goals.
Lisa is a true native of New Mexico, attending Eldorado High School before attending the University of New Mexico where she received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. In addition to serving on medical mission trips to Haiti and Guatemala, Lisa has a strong passion and dedication for Special Olympics and currently holds the New Mexico Special Smiles State Clinical Director position. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking and spending time with her ever growing family.
