Office
Micah Gray, CCIM
Senior Advisor
As a former football player at the University of New Mexico, Micah learned firsthand the challenges of competing in one of the most demanding sports—physically, mentally, and as part of a team. Football required him to embrace discipline, strategy, resilience, and collaboration under pressure. Those lessons shaped his mindset and continue to guide his approach as a commercial real estate advisor. Micah applies the same competitive drive and team-first mentality from the field to his career, making him a dedicated partner and a strong advocate for his clients.
In 2021, Micah joined NAI SunVista as a Transaction Coordinator, where he developed a strong foundation in deal management and client service. By 2022, he transitioned into brokerage, specializing in office sales and leasing. Since then, he has been committed to delivering long-term value and building lasting relationships by combining market knowledge with the same grit and teamwork that defined his athletic career.
When Micah is out of the office he is never out of competitive spirit. Micah enjoys watching or participating in what seems to be anything: football, basketball, soccer, running, golf, weight training, hiking, camping, fishing, tennis, and chess.
