Investment Properties, Multifamily
After working as a Transaction Coordinator at NAI Sunvista Commercial Real Estate, Sarah Raboff quickly began brokering multifamily investment transactions. Sarah is the only full-time multifamily specialist in the company, and within her first two years at the company, brokered 31 transactions, and an aggregate of 590 multifamily units. Sarah has become an expert on multifamily trends, locally and nationally, and releases midyear reports to her clients. She provides value to buyers and sellers by analyzing the potential return on investments by identifying value in both stabilized and value-add properties. Before joining our firm, she worked at Thornburg Investment Management in her hometown, Santa Fe, NM. While at Thornburg, Sarah acquired knowledge on different investment vehicles, particularly fixed income and stock mutual funds. Sarah joined the real estate profession because she believes that rental real estate is an excellent source of income, tax shelter, and wealth accumulation. Sarah is involved in the Apartment Association of New Mexico (AANM), Commercial Real Estate Women New Mexico, NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and other local networking groups.
Sarah obtained her Bachelors from the University Of Miami Herbert School Of Business. While at UMiami, Sarah ran for the NCAA Track & Field and Cross Country Team, participated on the sailing team, and was involved in her sorority. While a native to Santa Fe, New Mexico, Sarah grew up part-time in Maui, Hawaii where her family owns a vacation rental business. From a young age, she developed her interest in investment real estate. Out of the office, you can find Sarah running, hiking, painting, and spending time with friends outdoors.
