Seth Carpenter

Seth is a young professional with strong work ethic, communication skills, and patience in the storms.  Being born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he has aspired to be a part of what goes on in the city. Prior to brokerage, he worked as a transaction coordinator with NAI SunVista where his knowledge of the industry was forged. Relationship building and problem solving were skills that led him to join the commercial real estate business. Seth is specializing in office sales and leasing. His knowledge in the market it constantly growing.

He took I-25 south to Las Cruces for college at New Mexico State University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management, double majoring in Entrepreneurship & Project Management. The business fundamentals he learned and the relationships he made at school have been a foundation for him as he gets started in his career.  

Outside of the office he enjoys being on a golf course, going to the movies, and exploring parts of Albuquerque that he has not spent much time in.
