RECEIVERSHIP SERVICES

• Acting Receiver: Services provided on an as needed, hourly rate basis
• Client Relationships: Vertically-integrated client relationship management for special services, lenders, insurance companies and note holders- We provide comprehensive accounting, property management, asset security, landscape services, asset renovation and expert testimony
• Knowledge: Full  knowledge of New Mexico receivership laws, rules and state statutes

OUR LICENSED AND INSURED IN-HOUSE SERVICES INCLUDE

• Stabilize and physically maintain the property per the receivership order
• All required court reporting
• Full GAAP accounting, including assessing additional information needed to operate receivership- This includes gathering and maintaining all records, leases and files that are available
• Hire, bid and oversee all asset security, repairs and capital improvements needed to protect the asset value
• Provide leasing, lease evaluation, lease abstracts and lease modification resources, broker opinion of value and asset liquidation to stabilize and enhance the asset value
• Protesting of real estate tax valuations
• Management of tenants, rents and leases
• Prepare, update and perform to property budgets
• Work with local governmental authorities to resolve any outstanding permit or property notification issues
• Full brokerage services for asset liquidation
