Director, Jim Hakeem on the topic: “LANL’s impact on the NM job scene and robust economy is showing no signs of slowing down. The sheer magnitude of 62,000 sf of space in a small town in northern NM is strong validation that new jobs are being created and there is meaningful economic growth, not only to the immediate area of Los Alamos but also to the state in whole. Both Enterprise Bank (Landlord) and N3B (Tenant) focused on the vision and opportunity in making this happen and we appreciate all the efforts put forth by both of those teams.”
