Andrea’s journey in the real estate industry commenced in 2005 working for a private real estate agency. Her robust background is marked by five fruitful years with a private real estate provider in Albuquerque. During this tenure, she engaged in several diverse roles, including real estate sales, property management, overseeing leasing activities, orchestrating effective marketing campaigns, supervising construction personnel and ensuring the seamless maintenance of office equipment. This multifaceted experience granted her a profound comprehension of the intricacies of the real estate industry, coupled with a wide array of invaluable business administrative skills.
In 2010 Andrea embarked on her career at NAI SunVista as a Transaction Coordinator. A few years later Andrea’s career path took a pivotal turn as she transitioned into the role of Property Manager. In this capacity, she shouldered the comprehensive responsibilities inherent in property management, encompassing payment collections, astute financial analysis, meticulous budget preparation and presentation, vigilant maintenance oversight, and a steadfast commitment to tenant retention. Her expertise extends to the management of commercial properties on behalf of others, as well as the proficient handling of her personal portfolio containing residential and commercial properties. Over the years, she has diligently climbed the ranks to her current position as the Administrative Director, where she excels in the realm of office management and organization.
Beyond her remarkable career in real estate, Andrea’s educational journey is equally commendable. She attended TVI, where she pursued studies in becoming a medical laboratory technologist. In 2022, driven by a resolute commitment to her personal and professional growth, Andrea returned to school, where she obtained her degree in Business Administration. With her wealth of experience, combined with her ongoing educational pursuits, Andrea stands as a seasoned professional poised for even greater accomplishments in the realms of real estate and business administration.
Annie attended Central New Mexico Community College where she studied to become a medical laboratory technician.
