Judy began her adventure in commercial real estate over 15 years ago while living in Las Vegas, NV. Her career has been based specializing in commercial retail centers. From small strip centers to large anchored big box centers. During this time Judy learned the importance of hands-on experience, listening to others and their experiences and the value of a good team.
Judy joined NAI SunVista in 2017, after moving back to Albuquerque to be closer to her family.
In joining our team Judy has consistently managed more than 3 million square feet of retail, office and industrial portfolios. Her level of understanding the needs of the properties, the investors and the tenants gives her an advantage in managing a mixture of assets in order to obtain a high level of operations and adding value to the properties.
