Lindsay Mata, ACoM, CPM

Lindsay joined NAI SunVista as a property manager in 2015. During this time, she managed a large portfolio of Owner Associations as well as an additional portfolio of both office and retail with properties located in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Los Lunas and Rio Rancho. Prior to joining NAI SunVista, Lindsay worked within the multifamily sector of property management as a Senior Manager for a global real estate company managing multiple properties and teams of office and maintenance staff. Lindsay left NAI in 2018 to pursue an opportunity as a District Manager overseeing class-A multifamily communities in New Mexico and returned to NAI SunVista in 2021 to work amongst the best of the best. Lindsay’s portfolio now includes properties in office, retail, industrial and historical. She has held a NM Associate Broker license since 2010.
