With over 12 years of property management experience, Nicole joined the NAI SunVista team in 2023. She began her career specializing exclusively in multifamily property management, building a strong foundation in operations, tenant relations, and asset performance. In 2020, She expanded her expertise into commercial property management and became an associate broker in 2023, allowing her to successfully oversee diverse property types and client needs.
Today, she manages a portfolio for NAI SUnvista of both multifamily and commercial properties throughout Albuquerque and Belen. Her experience across multiple sectors of property management has equipped her with a well-rounded approach focused on operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and long-term property success.
