Summer Binkley

Summer Binkley is a Property Manager at NAI SunVista, where she leverages a strong background in accounting, operations, and client service to deliver high-quality property management solutions. She began her career with SunVista as an Accounting Specialist in May 2025, quickly establishing a reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability before transitioning into property management.

Summer is responsible for supporting all aspects of commercial property management, including tenant and vendor relations, financial coordination, and day-to-day property operations. She is committed to maintaining the high standards of quality, accuracy, and transparency that define SunVista’s approach to property management.

Prior to joining SunVista, Summer spent five years in the film industry as an Assistant Accountant, specializing in accounts payable and payroll. This experience strengthened her ability to manage complex financial processes, coordinate with a wide range of vendors, and maintain precision in fast-paced environments.

With over 15 years of customer service experience, Summer is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. She has worked extensively with multiple trades, giving her a well-rounded understanding of property operations and maintenance.

Summer is a licensed Associate Broker in New Mexico and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Having lived in New Mexico for 17 years, she is passionate about supporting local businesses and contributing to the community.
