Jim Wible, CCIM
Partner
Jim joined NAI SunVista in June of 2011 as a land, industrial and investment advisor with an extensive background in commercial real estate and high-volume manufacturing. He has been active in commercial real estate since 1999 as an investor, a small business owner and a broker. Jim has led both small businesses and large corporations and has managed budgets in excess of $100 million. Jim has a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management. Prior to joining NAI SunVista, Jim was a broker at Grubb & Ellis for 5 years in industrial and investment brokerage.
Before commercial real estate, Jim had a career in engineering and engineering management in a high-volume manufacturing setting with Top 50 multinational corporations.
Jim specializes in sales of land, industrial properties, site selection for corporate and individual clients and businesses, and asset management for various 501(c)3 not-for-profit organizations. Jim is part of the Meyer/Wible team, that focuses efforts on various economic development activities. His economic development activities are a result of partnerships with state and local economic development agencies and have resulted in net new employment for the State of New Mexico.
As an expert in site selection, Jim’s tenant representation clients include The Home Depot, McDonald’s, Sonic, Circle K, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Speedway. Jim and Keith have also been recognized for creating core job growth across New Mexico by bringing significant companies to the state including Flagship Food Group, NM Transloading and Innovate ABQ.
