CREW is a professional organization of people in the commercial real estate industry with branches all over the country.
Though commercial real estate is known as a male-dominated industry, more women have been promoted to leadership positions within commercial real estate companies not just locally, but nationwide. The 2015 Benchmark Study Report, a study by CREW, showed an increasing number of women in senior vice president, managing director and partner roles at commercial real estate firms.
The No. 1 commercial real estate firm on our List is CBRE New Mexico with $481.25 million in 2016 commercial transaction value.
