Genieve Posen
Senior Advisor
Genieve Posen brings 17 years of experience in landscape architecture, urban development and commercial real estate marketing to her role of Senior Advisor at NAI SunVista. She has extensive knowledge in site planning, project development and entitlements for commercial real estate.
Her history of industry experience began with earning her Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of New Mexico and working for a well known urban planning and landscape architecture firm for 10 years.
There she gained valuable knowledge in the commercial development and design process. At NAI SunVista, Genieve specializes in land sales and land development for retail, industrial and other mixed-use projects, however, she has knowledge and experience in most disciplines of commercial real estate. Genieve represents local, regional and national tenants and developers in a variety of transactions throughout New Mexico and El Paso, Texas.
Her approach to commercial real estate keeps her abreast of industry knowledge and market trends. Her success with NAI SunVista has been attributed to her pursuit of excellence, integrity, superior marketing strategies and commitment to customer service. Simply put, Genieve and her team give their clients the leading edge in the marketplace and always ensure their client’s goals are met.
Genieve was raised on a ranch in northern New Mexico and has been a lifelong resident of the state. She believes New Mexico’s business climate is acatalyst for opportunity. An ex-college basketball athlete, you can still find her being active with crossfit training. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her family and traveling.
