During my more than 30 years of ownership, brokerage, marketing, sales, and general management, I’ve always hung my hat on one thing — do the right thing, always.
I’ve also used a good amount of old fashioned grit and determination to reach the goals in front of me. I never, never, never give up.
Commercial real estate is a relationship-driven profession and it’s these opportunities to bring people together that make coming to work such a joy each day. As an office and industrial property lease and sale advisor, there’s nothing I enjoy more than connecting the right tenant to the right landlord or the right buyer with the right seller.
With each transaction, I aim to treat both the buyer/seller or tenant/landlord with equal respect. Striving for a win-win from the beginning is always in the best interest of all parties.
At the end of each day, it’s an incredible feeling to put my knowledge to work to help people achieve their investment goals and build their businesses within real estate.
When I’m off the clock you can find me doing anything outside. No matter the conditions, any day in the outdoors is better than being inside. In particular, I love spending time with my wife and children. There’s nothing better than hiking, biking, and playing outdoors together.
