During my more than 44 years of business ownership, brokerage, marketing, sales, and general management, I’ve always hung my hat on one thing — do the right thing, always.
I’ve also used a good amount of old-fashioned grit and determination to reach the goals in front of me. I never, never, never give up.
Commercial Real Estate is a relationship-driven profession, and it’s within each of these opportunities that we bring people together for a common good each and every day. As a commercial real estate advisor, there is nothing I enjoy more than connecting the right tenant to the right landlord or the right buyer with the right seller.
With each transaction, my focus is to treat both the buyer/seller or tenant/landlord with equal respect. Striving for a win-win from the beginning is always in the best interest of all parties involved in any negotiation and especially in any real estate transaction.

When I’m off the clock you can find me doing anything outside. No matter the conditions, any day in the outdoors is better than any day inside (any time.) I love spending time with my wife and helping our children navigate this life. There’s nothing better than hiking, biking, and playing outdoors together, doing just about anything…
